About Our Business Model

We operate two types of online stores: (1) a print-on-demand (POD) store where products are custom-made by our third-party printing partner upon each order, and (2) a dropshipping store where products are stocked and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers. We act as the seller of record and your primary point of contact for all sales-related matters.

Eligibility

•       You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our store

•       By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and truthful

•       We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion

Orders & Fulfilment

•       All orders are subject to product availability and supplier production capacity

•       We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable

•       Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to supplier or shipping carrier delays

•       Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover of the package to the shipping carrier

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different due to individual screen settings and calibration. For POD items, the final printed product may vary marginally from the digital preview. These minor variations are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, images, text, product designs, and branding — is our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Custom designs submitted by customers for POD products must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents. The customer accepts full legal responsibility for any content they submit for printing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered customers via email.
