Processing Time

 

Print-on-Demand Items	2–7 business days (production + quality check before dispatch)
Dropshipping Items	1–3 business days (picked and dispatched from supplier warehouse)

5–12 business days

 

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. For POD orders, tracking is provided by our printing partner's fulfilment network. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost, undelivered, or returned packages. Address corrections after order placement may not be possible once the order has been forwarded to our supplier for dispatch.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date (international orders) or 15 days (domestic orders), please contact us immediately. We will investigate with our supplier and the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement shipment or a full refund at your preference.
