Refund policy

Overview

We operate a print-on-demand (POD) store and a dropshipping store. Products are either custom-made upon order or shipped directly from our third-party suppliers. Because of this, our return and refund process differs from traditional retailers.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will issue a full refund or free replacement for the following:

       Item arrived damaged, defective, or broken during transit

       Wrong item or wrong size was sent due to our or our supplier's error

       Item was never delivered (lost in transit) — after 30 days from shipping date

       Significant quality defect (e.g., misprint, fading, major colour mismatch for POD items)

 

 

To initiate a claim, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

       Change of mind or buyer's remorse

       Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer — please check size guides before ordering

       Custom or personalised POD products (unless defective)

       Items returned without prior written authorisation from us

       Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

Refund Process & Timeline

       Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

       For eligible defective items, we offer either a full refund or a free replacement — your choice

       Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

       You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

 

 

Important: Because our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we do NOT accept physical returns to our address. Do not send any items back without written authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production or dispatch has not begun. After this window, cancellation may not be possible as orders are immediately forwarded to our suppliers for processing. Contact us at
